Finally a coffee shop I can call my local! There are not many places to get a good coffee from an independent where the combination of service, quality and price meet for a 5 star result! An awesome coffee and even an Aussie pie if you feel the need!
Best double espresso I’ve had in LA!
Has everything to fix any aussie’s home sickness: meat pies, sausage rolls, lamingtons, caramel slices. The meat pies are legit! Home made and super flakey. Good coffee. Also the guy who runs the place is a legend.
Their TimTam shakes are AMAZING!
A little taste of Australia in the heart of weho. Such great food and drinks.
The coffee was amazing and the lamb pie was excellent.
Any Aussies in LA that need a little piece home this is the place to visit!
I’m addicted. The warm savory pies are crazy good, and the absolute best almond croissant ever! Their pastry’s are unique and delicious.
This location is very cute with a small number of pastries available including some gluten free!
I had a blueberry danish that was delicious!
It has some outdoor seating and a bit inside as well.
I ordered the chai tea latte, which here is more of a flavored tea style (versus the thicker powder base available at other coffee shops) I am used to a thicker, sweeter, chai, but this was good! So just be prepared with that in mind.
The workers are super personable and it’s a cool little spot all around
The new (*outstanding) kid in town! Miss Melbourne is doing coffee right. Bringing the coffee culture from “down under” over to us in the states.
Miss Melbourne took over another coffee spot I used to frequent (RIP Black Bicycle Cafe) and they are carving out their space as one of the top coffee shops in WeHo, in terms of coffee AND food.
They have a number of sweet & savory bites that are quite impressive and a pretty extensive menu.
Check ’em out, I think you’ll be very pleased & impressed…!
Also a little side note that Simon (the owner) and all of the people working there are extremely friendly and warm. I don’t know about you guys, but that certainly is a necessity for me for how I like to start my days on the right beat!
This place recently had a name change and is adorable!
This intimate café is on a nice, quiet street, with plenty of street/meter parking as well as a paid lot behind the alleyway.
I ordered a drip coffee and it was freshly brewed for me. I enjoyed the service and it had lovely amenities and a clean bathroom.
They included some Aussie meat pies, hence the name, and I have yet to try them. I will definitely be back to enjoy those!
This has been a lot of cafes over the years. This place is the friendliest so far. The guy in charge is really nice and actually chats with you vs. just making a coffee.
The food is pretty good too. They have these little meat pies which are delicious. Def stop by and check it out.
